Another soaker knitted

This is just a practice one...will still have a use for it though for Mia. I really wanted to practice some techniques. I've added in short rows to the pattern and eyelets into the waistband. I also needed to practice kitchener stitch and picking up stitches for leg cuffs. i have to admit I was very tempted to crochet the leg cuffs..lol
