We had snow!

We had some wonderful snow over Christmas. well, i say over Christmas - i mean before but it was still here on Christmas day. So magical for the kids! So i thought I would share a few pics

This is just a practice one...will still have a use for it though for Mia. I really wanted to practice some techniques. I've added in short rows to the pattern and eyelets into the waistband. I also needed to practice kitchener stitch and picking up stitches for leg cuffs. i have to admit I was very tempted to crochet the leg cuffs..lol

Waffley Good soaker by Woollywumpkins. This has been quite a challenge so far. Doing short rows for the first time within a waffle knit...its taken some concentration and has been frogged 3 times so far!!

PC Problems

I have been havng ongoing PC problems for around the last 3 weeks which is why it has been so quiet. It all looks to be fixed except for my camera software is not working with windows 7; so, I need to get around that issue then I can upload some piccies of what we have been up to.
