As you can see from the second picture its a bit more work than you can see in the first picture. I have just measured it and we are on 8 inches length. So hoping I should get it finished today. FC I hope your happy with it so far, we are now into the second skein on it.

Purple Parrot

I am really loving bright colours at the moment. after dyeing midnight sun I wanted to do more brights. I have done parrot colours before but much paler than these. I'm really happy with how its turned out. It was quite time consuming though!!

Its been a while since I dyed some yarn. Lisa from the Nappy Garden suggested Midnight Sun, Black, Orange, Yellow and Red. So here it is drying.Next in the pot is Dark green, dark, purple, dark blue and a flash of white as suggested by Emma Silcock.

Ive learnt so much doing this soaker. I hadn't realised how rusty my knitting was!! I'm doing the woollywumpkins base soaker next so looking forward to that one now :D
